Well it was first day of the cleanse and back to work this morning. I had a rough idea of what I would eat but definitely did not anticipate being hungry just 2 hours after breakfast! Yikes!
Breakfast:
cup of decaf green tea
vegan LARA BAR
Lunch:
2 cups of salad greens
Blueberry balsamic vinegar & olive oil (1 TBSP mixed)
1/4 c unsalted roasted chashews
1/2 small apple cubed
Snack:
1/4 c unsalted roasted cashews
4 dried prunes
1 large apple
Dinner:
1 1/2 c vegan lentil soup
1 green pepper
1 TBSP tofu pate (Toby's spicy lite)
Snack:
Peppermint decaf tea
1/2 c mixed dried fruit & nuts
I do have a headache tonight that started this afternoon when I usually have a cup of coffee to break through that afternoon lull.
