I woke up with a killer headache this morning. This is not usual for me so I assume it is due to the lack of caffeine. Ugh! So I drink 8 oz of water and then pour myself a glass of OJ. I'm looking forward to that delicious cold rice cereal and soy milk. But Mark notices the cereal has cane syrup in it! Damn! A trip to TJ's is in order! Not being able to face the day without my morning coffee I decide to make 1/2 caff/ 1/2 decaff and limit myself to a 6 oz cup. Mid-day I still had a headache but after I had a snack the headache was gone. Hmmm... not so sure it was a caffeine headache after all! I'm excited for dinner tonight! Went to LIMBO and picked up lots of fresh organic vegis.
Breakfast -
6 oz light soy milk
3/4 rice cereal

Lunch -
15 rice crackers
2 TBSP Hummus

Snack -
100 calorie pack of raw almonds
Dinner -
Black bean burrito - black beans, rice tortilla, salsa, onion, cilantro
Southwest salad - corn, green pepper, onion, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, tomato, jalapeno, black beans
Dessert -
Watermelon!
