This morning I popped out of bed full of energy at 6:30. I'm thinking to myself, "wow! this no coffee stuff isn't so bad". My day was off to a great start and I was already looking forward to the food I would be eating today.
Breakfast -
3/4 c rice cereal
6 oz light soy milk
1/2 c dried prunes
Snack -
1/4 c cashews
Lunch -
1 1/2 c left over lentil soup
1 small apple
* was having difficulty concentration and staying awake driving to Harrison's DR appointment... I gave in and had a half caff/ half decaf americano...a little slip but still an improvement over my usual 12 oz triple americano
Snack -
1 green pepper
2 TBSP Toby's lite & spicy tofu pate
Dinner -
1 c homemade curry (potatoes, red pepper, cashew, (Indian dry spices), vegetable broth
1/2 c brown rice
1 c mixed greens salad
Today I have an increased level of thirst! I drank over 70 oz of water not to mention herbal tea throughout the day.
